Anchor Platform constructed of four modules consisting of (1) Anchor Platform Barge Module one for each Pump Barge, housing the step-down transformer, junction boxes for the main motor power supply, discharge piping and associated systems, (1) Mooring Winch Module, (1) Module providing a laydown or staging area for maintenance activities. One assembled pump barge weighs an estimated 209 Metric Tons. Complete full assembly and dry commissioning (inclusive of a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
Dismantle and prepare for shipping to site.
Developed a shipping plan which reduces assembly requirements at site per shipping envelopes (dimensions and weights)
Developed Load List including modules and shipped loose materials with clear identification of the contents of all crated material.
Developed site storage and preservation plan.
Provide support for supervision of assembly of the work by other contractors.
